Once we have the artwork in hand it goes through prepress to ensure it is print ready. Any issues with the artwork will come to light here and you will be asked to supply new artwork with the issues explained. If the artwork is good to proceed, you will be sent a low-resolution version of the artwork to confirm that we are working with the correct file.
This is where we load up the paper and start printing. Production is typically five full working days from approved art to dispatch. That is not written in stone, we are often faster and can work to deadlines. If you are working to a deadline, please tell us so we can help to support you reaching it.
We ship Australia wide. We generally only use priority freight for anything short of a palette load. Delivery is typically overnight to East Cost Metro. Adeliade takes one to two days, Perth and Darwin take three to five days.
