Standard production turnaround is 5 working days. We can work to a deadline if you have one, however priority production fees may apply. Priority production involves deprioritizing other jobs, and overtime for the production team, and the additional fee reflects that. Artwork needs to be received by 10am for a day to count. No fair sending artwork at 4.45pm and expecting that day to count!
Also please be aware that turnaround does not include freight time, it is turnaround to dispatch. So if you need your goods by a certain date, don’t forget to consider freight will likely add a day or more depending where you are.
Please check delivery times at the addresses below but keep us in the loop. There are often other options, like Express Post, or same day couriers.

The strut cards can be done in a Matt finish or a Gloss finish, the price is the same. Standard is gloss, so be sure to specify if you want your cards to be matt.
If you have received your print and they are not of the quality you expected, please get in touch. Email a photo of the defect to your account manager and let us know. It is policy to replace print defects ASAP, any associated freight costs will be paid by us.
No, we don’t laminate our strut cards, sorry.
If you would like to receive some samples of our work, that can be arranged. We don’t keep sample packs as such, but we do keep samples from most of our print jobs. Use the Contact page to get in touch and let us know exactly what you are interested in and if possible we will send some out. We charge $14 delivery for samples, which will be deducted from the order if you proceed.
A very few clients have had problems with their strut card curling. It is true, cardboard can and does curl a little over time. Foamcore also curls, it is not a solution. From my experience, heat, humidity and time cause the curling. If your strut card will be up for less than 12 months, and is an environmentally controlled environment, it should be fine.
If curling is a concern for you use, coreflute is an excellent material that does not curl. Please contact us for a price.
Yes we do coreflute strut cards, though their pricing is not yet on the website. Please contact us for a price.
Our strut cards are printed on 250gsm gloss or matt paper. We then mount this onto 2mm cardboard. So they are quite rigid and robust. We then mount a cardboard strut, or easel back onto the back which holds it up. If you want to leanr more about how we make them, visit our How To Make a Strut Card page.
The strut cards are 250gsm paper mounted onto 1.6mm screenboard.
In total they are 2mm thick
The strut cards are quite rigid and strong. Strong enough to hold an empty coffee cup!
